1. Customer Satisfaction Officer

Job Accountabilities:

Responsible to handle customer inquiries and customer complaint/claim in order to meet customer satisfaction and expand business opportunities

Job Requirement:

-         Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline from reputable university

-         Amiable, self initiated and costumer focused

-         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-         Good command in English, both oral and written

-         Computer literate

2. Raw Material Analyst

Job Accountabilities :

-         Analyze and forecasting impact changes from bill of materials and quantity

-         inquiries changes per latest demand using current interface Timely release quantity inquiries

-         Monitoring on expediting material and deliveries by demonstrating good coordination both with Purchasing and Traffic department

-         Controlling material shortages procedure by demonstrating good coordination with

-         Material Process, Production Scheduler, Purchasing and Traffic Department

-         Demonstrated detail control of material issue, movement, age limit, behavior and traceability

-         Strong performance on inventory and stock control especially for long lead time ordering cycle

Job Requirement :

-         Bachelor degree in Engineering from reputable university.

-         Having 2 years experience handling materials

-         Strong analytical thinking and result oriented

-         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-         Well organized and meticulous

-         Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel

-         Good command in English, both oral and written

3. Marketing Analyst

Job Accountabilities :

-         Analyze market potential of current and future tire products through many sources

-         Monitor & analyze competitors regularly and provide timely reports

-         Regularly visit Goodyear store to collect data, understand market and competitive situation

-         Working closely with Product Manager in creating sales estimation of new product lines and sizes and also analyzing pricing levels between competitors or other Goodyear products

-         Working closely with Sales department in collecting data feedback from market

Job Requirement :

-         Bachelor degree in Management, Economy, Statistics with min. GPA 3.00

-         Having 2 years experience in Business Analyst, Marketing/Sales Area, and related is preferable

-         Having strong interest in automotive, tire and accessories

-         Strong analytical thinking

-         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-         Good command in English, both oral and written

-         Computer literate

Requirement

• A good Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
• CPA or CIA will be an advantage
• 6-10 years of working experience in a large organization, 3 years of which are in a managerial role

AUDITOR

You will be part or a team responsible for conducting financial and operational audit of the companies within the Group.

Requirement

• Degree in Accountancy/Chemical/Agricultural
• 2 years of audit experience in a large organization or an international public accounting firm (for Accountancy Degree)
• 2 years of experience in operation or internal process of large industrial field (Non Accountancy Degree)
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

General Requirement:

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to be based in Pangkalan Kerinci (Riau) and Medan (Sumatera Utara)
