• Supervise whether all the workers are trained adequately.
• Supervise whether the high standards are maintained and met. 
• Ensure that all equipment and parts are sent in for repairs whenever required by monitoring all costs. 
• Able to coordinate among other departments and must file reports of their performance.
• Communicate and coordinate with the required departments
• Coordinate and supervise all the activities in oil refinery.
