PT. Riau Gemilang Surya Reteh (RGSR) is a fast growing and expanding coal mining company in Indonesia for mining, coal, harvesting and logging and also mining equipment. currently, PT. Riau Gemilang Surya Reteh (RGSR) looking for a dynamic, energetic and highly qualified candidates to join our Company, with job assignment in our site (Palembang, Samarinda, or Morowali), for the positions of :

1. Maintenance Superintendent (MS)
  • Minimal Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of working experinces at the same field
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management in the mining industry
  • Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel& PowerPoint).
  • Have good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • High personal energy level, and able to work under pressure in project environment.
  • Strong industrial relation skills and employee relations skills
  • Good knowledge about sparepart/heavy equipments
2. Finance & Accounting Superintendent (FAS)
  • Male
  • Minimal Diploma degree in Economic/Accounting major.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting role.
  • Qualified on cost accountant area.
  • Having experience to making a financial & accounting report.
  • Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Having strong analytical thinking n highly attentive to details.
3. Health, Safety & Environment Superintendent (HSE)
  • Male
  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Engineering
  • At least 3 years in relevant experience at Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE)
  • Good knowledge about OHSAS and Government HSE Regulation and its implementation
  • Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Trained and certified HSE/K3 is an advantage
  • Good knowledge about sparepart/heavy equipments
4. HRD & GA Superintendent (HR&GA)
  • Male
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology or Diploma degree in any major
  • Min 3 years working experiences in the same position
  • Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (MS Word, Excel & powerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge about recruitment, employee development and payroll
  • Having good knowledge about GA prosedures
  • Good knowledge about sparepart/heavy equipments
5. General Manager Site (GM)
  • Male
  • Minimal Diploma degree in Mining Engineering
  • At least 5 (five) years applicable experiences in managing Heavy Equipments & Dump Truck for coal and minerals mining operation
  • Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities
  • Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (MS Word, Excel & powerPoint)
  • Having POP / KTT certificate
  • Good knowledge about sparepart/heavy equipments
6. Production Superintendent (PS)
  • Male
  • Minimum Diploma in Land Surveying/Geology Engineering/Geodetic Engineering/Mining Engineering
  • Having minimum 3 years experience in Mining Area
  • Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (MS Word, Excel & powerPoint)
  • Good knowledge in survey computer (Mine Scape, Surpac, Minex, Autocad)
  • Having POP / KTT certificate is an advantage
  • Good knowledge about sparepart/heavy equipments
7. Mine Planning Superintendent (MP)
  • Male
  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Mining Engineering
  • Min 2 years working experiences in the same position on coal mining industries
  • Having knowledge about governmental mining regulation.
  • Good knowledge in Software Mine Planning & Design (Minescape/Surpac), Scheduling & Mine Operation
  • Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Good knowledge about sparepart/heavy equipments
8. Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT)
  • Male
  • Bachelor degree (S1), Majoring with related position ( MineEngineering / Geology Engineering )
  • Having certificate POU ( SERTIFIKAT KTT )
  • Having minimum 3 years of working experience as " Kepala TeknikTambang "
  • Having good understanding of mining operations
  • Knowledgeable in QSE, Mine Reclamation, and Rehabilitation
  • Good knowledge about sparepart/heavy equipments
  • Having good relationship / network with government institutions
9. Purchasing Supervisor (PS)
  • Male
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major (Economy, Management &Accounting is preferable)
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Purchasing
  • Able to make good relation with supplier / forwader / Sub Contractor
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication
  • Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Preferable having knowledge about heavy equipment in mining area
