MEN0035_ENGINEER_MINE PRODUCTIOIN CONTROL
Responsibility:
The Engineer – Mine Planning Production control will be responsible for the daily production requirements of the mine operation group. With mining in the Batu Hijau pit it is essential that the drilling and blasting, loading and handling project work and surveying be coordination on a daily basis to meet the target.
The Engineer – Mine Planning Production will be required to supervise and job task surveyor, develop basic road and damage design, schedule drilling pattern and co-ordinate daily main plan tasks. He will monitor CPI’s of mine operational performance and assist in reducing mining ineffectively. He will work closely with mine/cruster/mill operations foreman to monitor the quality of one that is being sent from the mine to the mill
Qualification:
· B.Sc. or MSc. Degree in Mine Engineering or related field and the to five (3-5) years of directly related experienced is required
· Certified of competency for frontline operational supervisor or OHS and mine environment from DEMR
· Advance technical knowledge of mine engineering is required
MEN0072_ENGINEER_MINE PLANNING PROJECT & LTP
Responsibility:
The Engineer – Mine Planning Project & LTP responsible to perform technical function and activities in support of the mine engineering department and mine operation department the result of which impact mine economics and more operations.
The Engineer – Mine Planning Project & LTP will be responsible for perform long range schedule, project and planning function including one reserve, estimation, mine design, long range schedule, cut-off grade analysis, dewatering / pit damage planning, stockpile, and waste dump reclamation and equipment analysis.

MEN0062_ENGIINEER – MEDIUM TERM PLANNING
Responsibility:
The Engineer – Medium Term Planning will be dedicated to assist the Senior Engineer – Medium Term Planning with the monthly mine planning of drill and shovel movement, adjusting monthly plans to ensure that the annual budget or forecasted target are met the remaining month of the year. In addition to this the position will be responsible for the development of waste dumping and stockpiling plans, haul distance and truck balances.
In additional to the above the position will also involve the administration of in-pit and ex-pit works include the requirement to interact with all departments to analytically at the mine project into one program with minimal conflict regarding work areas, interaction of differencing feet’s and equipment needs extensive mine planning and project planning is required to fulfill this role.
