Responsibilities:
- Evaluate appraisal and monitor the quality control system and propose improvement initiative in order to improve quality and efficiency and meet customer expectations.
- Develop, implement and manage quality inspection procedure, identity, recommend improvement initiative in order to improve product quality
- Ensure the corrective and preventive actions of customer complaint are providing on time to the customer and effectively implement.
- Assess monitor supplier quality procedure and output advice of improvement opportunities in order to develop supplier capabilities and improve component part quality.
- Coach advice appraise and evaluate staff performance and recommend on staff improvement in order to ensure company target achievement and improve staff competencies.
- Prepare propose manage quality assurance budget in order to minimize cost, maximize profit and meet company objective.
- Manage the document control activities, identify, planning and coordinate improvement initiative in order to guarantee up to date document and improve accessibility.
- Ensure the OMS are established, implemented and maintained. Report the performance to top management and ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirement in order to company to ISO 9001 requirement
Requirement;
· Degree or Master in Electrical / Electronic Engineering from reputable university
· Having about 7 – 10 years of related experience as quality and technical Manager in high volume manufacture of electrical product
· Having strong leadership and communication skill in English both oral and written, French will be advantage
· Capability to resist to high pressure with confections situation
· Willing to stay in Batam
Supply Chain Manger
Batam Based
Responsibilities:
Managing manufacturing supply chain and logistic for a global plant
Requirements:
- Degree in Master in Industrial / Electrical Engineering or related field from reputable university. APIC 5 certification will be advantage
- Having about 7 – 10 years experience and good understanding in Inventory Management of finished goods and raw material
- Understanding SAP and having good communication in English both oral and written, French will be an advantage
- Having strong leadership and communication skill in English both oral and written, French will be advantage
- Willing to stay in Batam
