Small Capital Projects Procurement Supply Chain Management (PSCM) Lead will be responsible to Chief Procurement Officer, as an embedded member of the project team, for delivery of PSCM-related activities within a small capital project.
This position will work with project management team to develop and implement sourcing strategies and can also lead the team accountable for PSCM for smaller projects.
This position ensures the delivery of PSCM services aligning with the Capital Value Process (CVP) Projects Common Process (MPcp), relevant Category Management and Procurement Regulation.

- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- A solid team player and strong communication sills with all levels of the organization

- Understand type of completions and artificial lifts equipment
- Hold the valid well-control certificate for well intervention from IWCF or IADC
- Understand the principles of well integrity
- Strong communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Self starter, independent worker that requires minimum supervision
