Head of Corporate Risk & Investment/Divestment
Responsibilities:

  • Lead investment/divestment process within the company and ensure it aligned with corporate strategy
  • Lead the evaluation review of business proposals from subsidiaries/third parties for investment/divestment purpose and give recommendation to the Management Lead the negotiation process with third parties in the company’s acquisition or divestment plan
  • Develop Enterprise Risk Management framework and methodologies, and give risk treatment recommendations to the Management 
  • Responsible to choose the appropriate type of Insurance contract coverage to mitigate and manage risk in relation to reducing and transferring the Company’s risk to other party
  • Finds and analyzes the opportunity to invest in a new business area outside the company’s strategy, and give recommendations to the Management on the company’s investment or divestment plan

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Possess a bachelor or master degree (S1/S2) from reputable local or overseas university, preferably majoring in business administration 
  • Have a minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Energy industry in Risk Management, Business Development, or Asset Management area.
  • Excellent knowledge in business development, asset and company valuation, financial investment, and feasibility analysis
  • Has experience and excellent knowledge in Enterprise Risk Management methodologies, tools, techniques
  • Has in-depth knowledge of insurance terms, contract and technique as strategic tool for recommendation to management to manage Company’s wide risk
  • Has led a team in several commercial terms negotiations with third parties in relation to corporate acquisition or divestment plan 
  • Have detailed financial analysis skills and strong understanding in Indonesian GAAP and PSC financial reporting standard

Lead of Capital Market Financing
Responsibilities:

  • Support financing strategy formulation, including requirement for internal process and address company’s funding needs by providing alternative financing plans and realizing the appropriate funding scheme.
  • Provide assistance to Subsidiaries’ financing/refinancing needs by ensuring optimal terms and conditions that promote growth and comply with corporate covenants.
  • Execution of Capital Market Financing Transaction required by the company.
  • Monitor intercompany loans between Corporate and its respective subsidiaries to ensure repayment mechanisms and appropriate use of funds.
  • Extend professional advice on Corporate actions 
  • Maintain relationship with Capital market Stakeholder (banks, rating agencies, houses) and facilitate review process periodically.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Posses a minimum bachelor degree (S1) from reputable local or overseas university, preferably majoring in accounting/finance/ economics
  • Have a minimum 7-10 years of experience in Banking and Finance preferably with exposure on Capital Market Financing exercise
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Banking and Capital Market Regulations preferably with exposure of International Capital Market Financing transaction.
  • Ability to run forecasting and financial analysis as well as execution of capital market transaction.
  • Have good relationship with Capital Market Stakeholders (bank, rating agencies, securities brokerage, etc.)
  • Knowledge in Indonesian Oil & Gas Regulation and Oil & Energy Industry will be a plus

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Posses a minimum bachelor degree (S1) from reputable local or overseas university, preferably majoring in accounting/finance/ economics
  • Have a minimum 7-10 years of experience in Banking and Finance Industry preferably with exposure on Bilateral and Syndicated Loan, Structured Finance and Project Finance transaction. 
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Indonesian and International Banking and Regulations preferably with exposure of Bilateral and Syndication Financing transaction as well as Project and/or structured Finance.
  • Ability to run forecasting and financial analysis and sensitivity as well as execution of financing transaction.
  • Have good relationship with Banking Industry Stakeholders (bank, rating agencies, securities brokerage, etc.)
  • Good knowledge in Indonesian Upstream Oil and Gas Regulation will be a plus
