Responsibilities:
· Ensure the implementation of SHE and the core value in the department he/she leads.

Requirements:
· Hold Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Material
· Min has 2 years work experiences in the same position or 5 years work experiences in purchasing/ procurement
· Familiar with export and import procedure, and also
· Has a good communication and negotiation skills
· Has a good capability in evaluation, problem solving, decission making and risk analyzing
· Fluent in English (writing and oral)
Product Stewardship & Regulatory (PS&R) Coordinator
Responsibilities:
· Monitor and communicate with business on all product regulations in area of responsibility that impact on DuPont' right to operate including registration, compliant MSDS, labeling and other country specific regulations
· Establish and coordinate in-country PS&R business network. Provide product stewardship and regulatory training to support PS&R network and broader organization. Work with local and regional/global networks to support PS&R program
· Provide consultation and active support to local business on PS&R related matters, including support to suppliers, R&D, customers and distributors to help improve management of product risks throughout the value chain. Seek opportunities to increase business value through PS&R work
· Support review and approval of MSDS and label for local country regulatory requirement, local language translations and other requirements as appropriate
· Manage local systems and databases as required to ensure compliance with local chemical control, hazard communications and other chemical management regulations.
· Network with and be a member of local organizations that have an impact on the framing of legislation that impacts regulatory compliance including local responsible care organization.
Requirements:
· A Science Degree, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Masters or PHD qualification is an added advantage.
· Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
· Experience in product stewardship, regulatory or SHE related area is advantageous
· Excellent English & Indonesian language proficiency
· Highly proficient in computer applications
· Possess strong communication skills with the ability to network both at country and business level.
· Highly analytical and able to work in a team
· Excellent negotiation skills
Product Manager - Crop Protection
Responsibilities:
· Manage designated products / portfolio – driving the complete marketing process including positioning, profitability, pricing, asset management.
· Responsible for creating and updating associated marketing strategies & plans.
· Collaborate with other function in marketing to create effective programs, events, activities, and marketing communication activities to ensure appropriate demand creation for all products consistent with overall business objectives.
· Evaluate competitive activities and assist sales team in creating a differentiated offering

Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years experiences in crop protection (agrochemicals) industry, specifically handling marketing, sales or product development.
· Must have a bachelor degree in Agriculture, preferably with MM/MBA degree.

· Able to manage multiple projects and turning strategy into implementation
