- Secretary TO CEA (SC)
· Minimum bachelor Degree in any major
· Minimum 5 years of working experience in the secretarial field
· Excellent command of Mandarin and English is a must both verbal and written
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and simplified Chinese type
· Strong attention to detail, sold organization/line management skills
· Able to work a fast-faced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Brand Manager (BM)
· Minimum bachelor Degree in any major
· Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in branch management
· Preferably from direct selling company with minimum 3 years in management position
· Excellent command in English and Bahasa is a must both verbal and written. Good Mandarin will be an advantage
· Excellent understanding of Indonesia
· Strong analytical skill, result orientation and able to work independently
· Good communication skills, managerial skills and strategic thinking capability
- HR Manager (HM)
· Minimum bachelor Degree in Psychology or Law or Human Resources or related area.
· Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in HR field with at least 3 years in managerial level
· Preferably from direct selling company with minimum 3 years in management position
· Excellent command in English and Bahasa is a must both verbal and written. Good Mandarin will be an advantage
· Good exposure in recruitment, training, people development and other related HR function, strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor law, legal and permit
· Strong leadership, good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Legal Manager / In-House Lawyer (LM)
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university.
· Minimum 7 years of working experience in the same field or respectable law firm and/or as in-house counsel in big company preferably in direct selling industry
· Excellent command in English and Bahasa is a must both verbal and written. Good Mandarin will be an advantage
· Strong analytic thinking with excellent understanding in direct selling law, business law and corporate matter
· Superior working, negotiating and communication skills
· Able to handle confidential information and material with the highness degrade of discretion and professional responsibility
· Able to work under pressure, handle competition priorities and provide practical legal advice
- IT Manager (IT)
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Information System, Information Technology, Computer System, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in the same field.
· Experience in networking, windows server administration, programming, database reporting and e-commerce (B2C)
· Excellent command in English and Bahasa is a must both verbal and written. Good Mandarin will be an advantage
· Good understanding in Visual basic, Ms. Access, Java Crystal report and SQL
· Good understanding in trouble shooting and software
· Good knowledge in IT project implementation or ERP system would be an advantage
· Good time management, analytical problem solving, good teanwork and communication skills.
- Copywriter (CW)
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Advertising/Journal/Communication.
· Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same field.
· Excellent command in English and Bahasa is a must both verbal and written. Good Mandarin will be an advantage
· Have the skill in creative concept and copywriting, specially for the development of brochure, advertising, promo material and other marketing collateral.
· Accuracy to detail, Able to work under pressure and tightly deadline
· Research skills, good general knowledge and awareness od popular culture, young dynamic, creative and highly motivated with good interpersonal and communication skill
