Main responsibility is to lead, drive, support the business operations of the plant with the objective to reach/maintain manufacturing excellence & competitiveness in areas of quality, service and cost.
Requirement:
- Degree from reputable university in Industrial, Electronic, Electrical Engineering
- Having min 5-10 years in manufacturing management/industrial/quality function
- Experience as manufacturing manager/operation manager, preferable ii PCBA
- Demonstrate leadership skill to drive for excellent quality performance and having positive attitude
- Strong leadership skill to lead the team
- Must have a good command in English both spoken and written, French is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and willing to be stationed in BATAM
