External Relation Team Leader

This position is based in Surabaya, and will be responsible to lead, analyst, establish, maintain, and facilitate government, public and media relationship function and ensuring sound relationship between the company and strategic government organizations, government bodies and other parties who has a high influence for company’s business in long term strategic approach in the East Java area. This position will also liaise with Government for presenting proposal, report and evaluation in order to ensure they have good understanding on Santos business and also maintain good relationship within professional society.

Only the very best will be considered for the position, applicants must posses the following requirement:

·         Bachelor’s Degree major in Communication, CSR, Conflict Resolution from a reputable University. Master’s Degree is an advantage

·         12+ years experience in Government, Community Relations, Public and Media Relations within Oil and Gas industry

·         Minimum 8 years experience in the managerial level

General Requirement:

Strong communication and Interpersonal skill, self motivated, high initiative, high integrity, adaptability and ability to work in a multi discipline team environment
