PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara (PTNNT) is an Indonesian joint venture company owned by Nusa Tenggara Partnership (Newmont Indonesia Limited and Sumitomo) and by PT Pukuafu Indah.In 1986 PTNNT signed a Contract of Work Agreement for our Batu Hijau copper and gold mine with the Republic of Indonesia in an area located on West Nusa Tenggara Province. Batu Hijau is an open pit mine with associated processing and support facilities. Our product is copper concentrate containing small quantities of gold which is transported to local and foreign smelters for further processing.

The project is located in West Sumbawa regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The company is inviting skilled, trained, highly committed and dedicate Indonesian professional to be joint of our team in Sumbawa and Jakarta for the positions:

MGT0032 – LEGAL COUNSEL (Jakarta)

Responsibility:

To provide legal advice and support and to assist the senior corporate counsel in managing legal services for Newmont nusa Tenggara with particular emphasis on ligation and dispute resolution matters to comply with various Indonesian laws and regulation.

Qualification:

·         Formal Legal education (SH)

·         Minimum 3 years experience in a law firm or as legal practitioner or as in-house counsel in other companies

·         Advocate license from PERADI is a must

·         Experience in providing legal advice, resolving legal issues and dispute settlement

·         Having knowledge and experience in general corporation matter, civil and law and other laws ar large

·         Be 35 years old or younger

MEN0097 – SHIEF MINE SUPERVISOR (Sumbawa)

Responsibility:

To supervise, perform and instruct mine survey staff in providing continuous survey functions for mine operation in order to achieve the mine plan, and project work. Beside of that the Chief mine surveyor is responsible to maintain the group on providing support to other department such as process engineering construction, safety etc.

Qualification:

BSc. Or MSc degree in Geodesic Engineering or related field and 10 years

ISY0530 – SERVER ADMINISTRATOR (Sumbawa)

Responsibility:

To maintain server and provide technical support to personal computer and other IT Staffs.

Qualifications:

·         Computer College Graduate (Bachelor Degree) with at least 2 years of experience supporting personal computer in a networked environment or an equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary.

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and UNIX administrator in essential, Experience on SQL Server and Oracle database is an advantage

·         English language skills are required

·         Good communications skill both Indonesia and English

·         Good interpersonal skill
