Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the preparation of all regulatory submissions for company products in order to obtain necessary regulatory approvals. Analyze scientific content of new registration packages to ensure they comply with government regulations prior to the submission. Monitor progress of marketing applications through the regulatory system. Negotiate with regulatory authorities to ensure product information, storage conditions and quality control procedures meet the necessary standards. Maintain license applications for all imported products. Liaise with government departments to facilitate review and approval of company products, submissions of new products, line extension and design. Direct registration staff to ensure the professional development and achieve company objectives in the area. Maintain expertise of current and draft regulations. Pro-active member of industry association.

Requirements:
  • Pharmacist or other relevant educational / professional background
  • Possess 4-7 years experience in the registration or regulatory function
  • Understanding of the law and regulations surrounding nutritional products and /or medicinal products or consumer healthcare products.
  • Corporate policy and appropriate local regulations
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken, communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Area Manager Vaccine
