Donggi-Senoro LNG (DSLNG) is a foreign investment company established by PT Pertamina (Persero), PT Medco Energi International Tbk, Mitsubishi Corporation and Korean Gas Company (KOGAS). Our main business is to process natural gas into quefied Natural Gas (LNG) for export and the plant is located in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi. The Donggi-Senoro (DSLNG) LNG Project is the first LNG project in which MC acts as the largest stakeholder. Indonesia is one of the largest LNG exporters in the world and this project will be Indonesia’s fourth LNG project after the Tangguh LNG project where our Indonesia Project Unit is involved in. Targeting the start of production and delivery of approximately two million tons of LNG per year along with associated condensate from the second half of 2014, the plant construction work is under way outside Luwuk city, Central Sulawesi province.

Gas Procurement Specialist
(Jakarta Raya)

·         Assist Gas Procurement Manager to plan, manage, monitor and review overall documents and agreements required during Pre-Operation phase to ensure smooth Operation of Shipping-related activities.
·         Assist Gas Procurement Manager in finding alternative gas sources in order to optimize the LNG production and trading of non-core product of LNG.
·         Contribute in assisting the department in coordinating, arranging and completing documents necessary in order to properly set-up the department to ensure smooth Gas procurement-related activities during Operation phase.
·         Contribute in research to find out whether the specification of the side product of LNG meets industrial need.
·         Contribute in calculating the capacity of LNG non-core product in order to prepare the facility for condensate process e.g. tank, pump, pipe, loading arm & jetty.
·         Contribute in searching the alternative gas producers quality who meets DSLNG process and production requirements.
·         Contribute in monitoring the gas transportation from alternative sources to DSLNG plant.
·         Promote and monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in Gas Procurement area.
·         Ensure resources availability and develop personnel within the area of responsibility.

·         Bachelor in Technical discipline.
·         8 to 10 years experience in LNG marketing/ business side of LNG operation.
·         Have integrity and adherence to company policy and regulations.

Logistic Officer
(Jakarta Raya – Luwuk)

·      Execute, monitor, review and control overall the activities related to material management (customs handling, material movement, and storage), transportation for personnel and equipment to ensure smooth running of company’s operations in an effective, efficient, cost recoverable manner and in compliance with Government regulations and internal company policy.
·      Ensure the coordination and monitoring of overall warehouse, inventory control and materials management at the assigned area are being maintained properly and recorded accurately.
·      Ensure the coordination and monitoring of overall activities related to the operations of transportation to include but not limited to the regular crew change activities in a safe and economical manner.
·      Ensure the coordination of material and equipment movements in a safe and proper manner ensuring the needs of users are fulfilled on time.
·      Guarantee all the necessary supports and services to ensure all operational needs are being fulfilled accordingly and on time. This includes obtaining various approvals, required formalities arrangements, project activities and any other logistics matters.
·      Contribute & monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in logistic area.

·         Bachelor degree in any discipline.
·         At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Content Development Staff
(Jakarta Raya)

·         To operate, manage, and maintain the DSLNG website and outreach database performance and functionality as well as perform the ongoing operation of the server software, including system security, monitor usage statistics and the logs, modify configuration settings and back up the system, review and update content and develop new pages and features while ensuring that the website is both visually appealing and easy to navigate.
·         Specific responsibilities of the web administration and maintenance include but are not limited to:
·         Routine website and database operation such as :
·         Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties
·         Add, edit or remove text and pages
·         Add new contents, news, articles, pictures, logo, etc.
·         Remove or fix broken links
·         Add new services
·         Update regularly
·         Modify and add Website content, when needed
·         Image Manipulation and Addition
·         Newsletter & email list maintenance
·         Update announcements, articles, etc.
·         Replace images i.e. pictures & graphics
·         PDF creation and uploading
·         Updates to calendar or events – work with other department/units
·         Add news or upcoming events
·         Keeping the homepage fresh for return readers

·         Bachelor degree in Journalism / Communication.
·         3-5 years’ experience managing content and production for websites
·         Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems (Drupal, Convio, Kintera, etc.)
·         Basic Adobe Photoshop skills
·         Good analytical skill
·         Experience in website/multimedia management, administration and maintenance and experience with popular content management systems ( such as Drupal, Convio, Kintera, etc.) and basic Adobe Photoshop Skills
·         Able to provide support and trouble troubleshooting.
·         Experience in system administration and in depth knowledge of configuration management
·         Critical thinking skills are most important, along with an enthusiasm to learn.
·         Self-motivated and highly organized professional
·         Exceptional communication and organizational skills, including good written and oral communication skills
·         Ability to concentrate and pay attention to details with the ability to solve complex problems analytically with strong abstract reasoning skills

Compensation & Benefit Lead

·         Monitor, review and control the company’s compensation and benefit programs and activities to support the company’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness and in compliance with company’s policies & pertinent laws and regulations.
·         Ensure the process of payroll and C&B documents updating in the system to meet the deadlines and ensuring that process is properly approved and in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
·         Ensure and supervise the process of payroll documents updating in the system to meet payroll deadlines and ensuring that process is properly approved and in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
·         Ensure and coordinate all aspects of salary and compensation surveys and interpret analysis of survey results.

·         Ensure, perform and supervise activities related to benefits and personnel administration matters to include but not limited to JAMSOSTEK, Vacation Allowance, Overtime, Corporate Bonus, Employees Loan Program, and other related activities.
·         Ensure and prepare that each employee contract or employment agreement is as per the government laws and regulations.
·         Ensure and prepare proposal of all compensation and benefits related package for the management’s review and approval.
·         Ensure the implementation of all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) policy and procedure in the workplace.
·         Ensure resources availability and provide development opportunity of personnel within the area of responsibility.
·         Control department / division budget to ensure a transparent and cost effective result for the business.

·         Bachelor degree in any discipline. Preferable Accounting and Mathematics Major.
