General Requirement:
·         Must be willing to stay and or work in remote location
·         Result oriented and willing to work in a team
·         Having management commitment to safety, environment and healthy
·         Having good business ethics, good interpersonal and leadership skill
·         Strong analytical capability
·         Good communication in English and reporting skill both oral and written
·         Mush have relevant degree from recognized university (minimum S1 Degree)
·         Computer literate (MS Office and related software)

Experience:
  1. Minimum 15 years for point 1 to 6
  2. Minimum 12 years for point 7 to 19
  3. Minimum 10 years for point 20 to 26
  4. Minimum 5 years for point 27

Specific Requirement
  1. Point 1- 27
  2. Point 1-20
  3. Point 3, familiar with Microsoft Project. Having experience on implementing of Primavera is an advantage
  4. Point 6, having experience as management representative (MR) would be an advantage
  5. Point 21-23, Having experience to use relevant software
  6. Point 24, having capability to use calculation software for civil & structure (such as STAAD Pro, etc)
  7. Point 25, having capability on conceptual and detail design for landscaping, ME Building, Plumbing and HVAC including familiar with the related application code & standard
  8. Point 27, having experience in power generation system and design of electrical distribution system (MV/LV switchgear, transformer, UPS, Transmission etc), control system and capability to use electrical software ETAP and calculation software for electrical load list, cable sizing and ground system
