We are currently looking for sales talent to join our fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) organization:

Area Sales Manager
·         Provide a focused control and coordination of all sales & distribution related activities within a geographic regional salaes and profit target
·         To manage the implementation of an effective promotion level
·         Maintain consistent contact and strong partnership with regional distribution

Account Manager
·         Develop sales plan and execute it successfully in modern trade channel
·         Employ a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieving the sales quota
·         Maintain mutual relationship and communication with customers and modern trade channel
·         Market intelligence, achieve sales target, maintain customer relationship and achieve excellent customer service

Sales Project Manager
·         Direct follow up with prospective customer, access customer needs and requirement to ensure optimal responses
·         Organize and conduct sales presentation, negotiate and prepare sales proposal
·         Achieve sales revenue target
·         Generate demand by targeting specific channel and sales infrastructure
·         Work with management to define efficient and effective ways to penetrate rural market
·         Work with management to define strategies to target these customers
·         Define activities to target potential customer and develop methodology to measure effectiveness of sales and marketing activities

Sales Supervisor
·         To develop sales and profit target assigned to distribution area
·         Manage the implementation of an effective promotion plan
·         Assist implementation and realization of promotion target given to regional distributor
·         Establish a historical activities database and provide analysis feedback to Area Sales Manager
·         Maintain consistent contact and strong partnership with regional distribution
·         Implement and review achievement in customer management program for regional distribution
·         Survey regional distribution area coverage plan to determine of all potential are fully developed
·         Make recommendation and assist regional distribution in implementing improvement and over see plan realization.

All above position will require minimum experience of 2 years in similar role and candidate must be willing to be stationed in Jawa region (East, Central and West). A strong sales experience in FMCG organization will be an advantage.
