Company has seven mining site in production stage and export quality coal primarily to Asian countries such as China, India, Japan, and Taiwan. Company has extensive expansion plans, PT. Supra Bara Energi intents production from a current level of 600.000 to 1.2 million tons per years by adding high capacity latest. Mining equipment and other supporting facilities.

Supra Bara Energi is seeking professional having hands on Mining industry with rehabilitee and motivated to strengthen to develop business and ensure the best of quality work to enhance revenue and profitability. Company offer challenging opportunities to fill following positions:

1. Recruitment Manager (Jakarta )
Qualifications:
·         Male, 35 – 45 years
·         Hold a minimum bachelor degree in Human Resources Management Industrial Law/Psychology or related field
·         Minimum 7-10 years working experience in the same position – preferably in Mining Industry
·         Must be able to handle all HRD function and related matter, including data control, administration, recruitment and selections tool, handling employment contract, and familiar with man power rule and regulation

2. Recruitment Superintendent (Jakarta and Site)
Qualifications:
·         Male/Female, 27 – 35 years
·         Hold a minimum diploma/bachelor degree in Human Resources Management Industrial Law/Psychology or related field
·         Minimum 7-10 years working experience in the same position – preferably in Mining Industry
·         Must be able to handle all HRD function and related matter, including data control, administration, recruitment and selection tool, handling employment contract, and familiar with man power rule and regulation

3. Recruitment Specialist (Jakarta)
Qualifications:
·         Male/female, 27 – 30 years
·         Hold a minimum diploma/bachelor degree in Human Resources Management Industrial Law/Psychology or related field
·         Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the same position – preferably in Mining Industry

4. Compensation and Benefit Manager (Jakarta)
Qualifications:
·         Male, 35 – 45 years
·         Hold a minimum diploma/bachelor degree in Science / Mathematic / related field
·         Minimum 7-10 years working experience in the same position – preferably in Mining Industry
·         Having good knowledge in C&B management, Payroll System and Income tax standards practice

5. Industrial  Relation Manager (Site)
Qualifications:
·         Male, 35 – 45 years
·         Hold a minimum bachelor degree in Human Resources Management Industrial Law/Psychology or related field
·         Minimum 7-10 years working experience in the same position – preferably in Mining Industry

General Requirements:
Computer literate (MS. Office)0, fluent in English (Oral/Written), for effective communication, strong leadership, Entrepreneurship, good administration skills, problem solving attitude, high business ethic and able to work under pressure
