- Responsible for operating automated high-speed baby-care production equipment
- Responsible for production reliability and equipment availability
- Responsible for maintaining system that enable to sustain equipment performance at the peak
- Opportunity to fill critical leadership roles in the future
Requirements
- Age 20 – 27 years
- Fresh graduate with D3 in mechanical/electrical/engineering/industrial/automation manufacturing or other related major from reputable technical school (Polytechnic).
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Application with 1-2 years of relevant experiences are strongly encourage to apply
- Target oriented, analytical thinking, hard worker, discipline, initiative and team work player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong computer literacy
- Willing to work in Karawang in long term
- Willing to work of shift
- Willing to live and be trained outside Indonesia for the first year
