Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘O‘/ ‘N‘/ ‘A‘ Levels or Diploma holders ( S1 – Degree Holder in Electronics or Electrical )
• Minimum 2 -3 years sales administration or customer service experience
• Customer service skills (telephone, problem-solving and resolving complaints)
• Good verbal communication skills; able to communicate to all levels, both internal and external customers
• Proficient in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently
• Self-motivated and possess the ability to multi-task
• Strong organising skills is a must

Responsibilities
Report to ID-Service Sales Manager – Sales Manager – Channel

This position would support the Service Sales Manager in identify, mining and preparing adhoc job quotation for the installed base of APC-MGE and providing sales support to the SG-Sales Manager - Channel to achieve the targeted sales revenue and growth goals. The person is also responsible to manage and ensure the installed base are updated with newly installed components / services and assists with activities associated with the assigned distribution and reseller accounts including administrative activities related to channel marketing.

Job Activities:
1. Service Sales Support
• Provide Inside Sales support to Field Service Engineers / Channel & Direct Sales team to mine APC-MGE Installed base for Ad hoc / Repair / Services jobs
• To carry out simple site survey if necessary prior to quotations generation for ad hoc job
• To churn out quotations for ad hoc jobs / services to clients promptly
• To follow-up closely with the clients to ensure closure to the ad hoc services requested by clients / resellers / partners
• To liaise with third parties service provider to provide competitive pricing to win the deal
• Identify new services to be incorporated into the service contract to increase revenue
• Working closely with the service operation team to ensure high service delivery to client’s expectation
• Working closely with channel / direct sales team to maximise coverage to clients disty / resellers and promote services sales
• Assist in contract renewal of installed APC-MGE base
2. Reporting
• Use reporting tools (e.g., Siebel, Lotus Notes) as the source and archive for all data, actions, commitments, and tracking of business
• Other Adminstrative work

Channel Sales Support Job Description
  • Assist channel team in handling or inbound enquiries from channel partners including distributors, resellers and retailers
  • Support and coordinate all channel sales activities
  • Develop close relationships with assigned distributors and partners to promote APC products and achieve silver and gold partner sales targets
  • Initiate and develop access into new accounts by calling out, creating contacts, and mapping the account, finding opportunities 
  • Develop and maintain existing channel relationships by continuously harnessing contacts, sponsorships and opportunities within the account 
  • Make outbound telephone calls to manage and drive sales through a designated list of tier channel partners
  • Support channel team in filtering and routing leads
  • Assist in registering opportunities from partners
  • Generate quotes and proposals
  • Tracking orders from distributors and coordinate with order management team
    2. Channel Marketing Support
    • Provide support in all channel events and help liasing with external agencies and contractor
    • Monitoring and helping to follow through all channel programs and promotions
    • Assist in all communication to channels including new product launches, transitions, price changes, etc.
    3. Channel Training Support
    • Support in organizing and scheduling training for channel partners
    • Monitor required certification and competency for channel partners are met
    • Ensuring all resources are in place for all training
    4. Reports & contracts
    • Follow up and consolidate all reports from partners
    • Ensure all require contracts are in place
